Frank V. Benton, V (“Frank Benton”) has honed his legal skills since 2008 by representing many clients ranging from the individual, to small businesses, to insurance companies. He believes that communication with clients is paramount to successful representation. Individual client attention and detailed preparation are very important to him. These values have served him and his clients well through all aspects of litigation, mediation and trial.
Frank graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2008. He operated a private law firm, Benton, Benton & Luedeke, in Newport, Kentucky, for fourteen years. He provided legal services in multiple areas of the law with a focus on civil litigation throughout this time. He has navigated cases, up to and including trial, in Kentucky State and Federal Courts. He also gained ten years of experience as a prosecutor for the Campbell County Attorney’s office. This position allowed him to handle hundreds of cases and gain extensive trial experience. Frank has litigated a multitude of cases from the initial pleadings, through discovery, depositions, drafting and arguing motions, mediation, and trying cases to the bench as well as to juries. He is extremely excited for the opportunity to bring his knowledge and experience to Doyle & Hassman Law.
Frank is a fifth-generation attorney. His family has practiced law in the community for over 100 years. Frank loves to spend time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys getting together with his extended family for Sunday dinner and playing golf with his friends. He is involved in his community as a member of his local Lions Club chapter and is a former vice president and board member.
